Terms and Conditions

Child Seats and Luggage:

• Child seats are exclusively available in minivans due to space constraints in sedans. Luggage restrictions apply based on vehicle capacity and safety limits.

Booking Details:

• Hourly service is booked within a 20-mile range. Door-to-door or long-distance service is recommended for extended durations.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 8 hours before the service time. Cancellations are accepted up to 8 hours before the scheduled service time.

Tolls and Weather Policies:

• A two-way toll is charged for airport pick-up and drop-off services as per Airport Authority rules.
• Bookings may be canceled in the event of a snowstorm or heavy rainfall, with a refund to the customer.

Additional Charges:

• Parking fees and toll charges for long-distance services may vary based on customer preference, with extra charges paid in cash to the driver or via credit card post-service.
• A $10 Holiday Surcharge is added for services on public holidays.
• Gratuity of 20% is included in the service fee.
• An extra $10 is charged for night services between 8:00 pm to 5:00 am.

Airport Shuttle Service:

• Driving distance for airport shuttle service may vary based on stops for picking up passengers sharing the ride.

International Passengers:

• For international passengers, 45 minutes of waiting time is provided free of charge after the flight has landed. After this period, a charge of $55 per hour for sedans and $65 per hour for minivans is applicable, including for no-shows. Ensure timely cancellation if travel plans change.

Cancellation and No-Show Policies:

• Trips canceled within 3 hours of the scheduled pick-up time in Massachusetts and within 6 hours outside of Massachusetts will be charged the full fare.
• All no-shows will incur a full fare charge.

Wait Time:

• For non-airport pick-ups, waiting time applies after a 15-minute grace period.
• For domestic arrivals, waiting time applies after a 30-minute grace period.
• For international arrivals, waiting time applies after a 60-minute grace period.
